Canon’s EOS 7D has been around since September so time for a belated hands-on test of its abilities. We got hold of the EOS 7D along with the EFS 18-135mm lens and put it through its paces at Rickmansworth Aquadrome and Oxhey Woods.
Canon’s new Rebel DSLR (EOS 500D in Europe and Asia) is, on the face of it, a versatile machine with a specification that’s enough for most serous amateurs including 15.1 megapixel sensor and a video recording facality but a number of restrictions have been made to squeeze this into a $800 package.

A MediaTemple website has overnight been showing a photo and specs for the eagerly anticipated EOS 50D DSLR professional digital camera. The page shows that the camera will come with an EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS kit lens option.
