Canon EOS-50D retail channel revealed
August 25th, 2008A MediaTemple website has overnight been showing a photo and specs for the eagerly anticipated EOS 50D DSLR professional digital camera. The page shows that the camera will come with an EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS kit lens option.
MediaTemple is a large web development company doing work for Sony, Adobe, ABC, TechCrunch and possibly Canon. As of this morning the site has been placed under password protection. This could mean that the information was accidentally leaked or Canon and MediaTemple is engaging in some controlled leaking.
