LG Touch Computer – very cool – but not revolutionary

LG Touch is a revolutionary new multi-touch user interface built into a rather cool-looking concept from designer Yeop Kim. The pioneering new software in this tablet format computer allows the user to control their machines with just a touch or a flip or a tap of the finger. But then to believe that it really is revolutionary you’d have to forget about Apple’s touch technology that has been available for some time now…

The LG machine combines four products in one: a mobile phone; a dual LCD for quick view and notifications of incoming messages etc; internet applications on a mobile phone for e-mail, web browsing and a charging cradle incorporating a full-size QWERTY keyboard.

Mr. Kim doesn’t give any specs for the machine as it is only a concept so if you want something like this you’re just going to have to buy an Apple iTouch!
