Intel PMP Wide-Touch W-700 media player series launched in Korea

Intel has brought to an increasingly crowded market their W-700 series PMP (Portable Media Player) although it does look nicer that many of its rivals offerings.

The device boasts the following specs

• Processor: Dual Core (360MHz+300MHz)
• Software: Mappy United map software which powered by SiRFstar III GPS receiver with a real-time TPEG traffic data
• Price: £256 ($506, €352)
• Display: 7.0-inch Samsung’s Digital TFT LCD screen (800 x 400 WVGA)
• Memory: 128MB of SDRAM
• Other features: T-DMB receiver, text viewer
• Other functions: digital photo frame.
